Lesli Peterson, Owner/Founder, has traveled her entire life, living in multiple states and several countries. She relishes the discovery of obscure, offbeat and unwonted places, and she will chat up any willing stranger to uncover a new secret locale.

After 18 years in software development, Lesli bailed on the corporate scene to share her love of travel. When she’s not on the road, she’s hiking in the summer…snowboarding in the winter…and constantly formulating the next plan for her family’s regular long-term RV trips.

Lesli has two kiddos -Cooper and Elliot- plus two amazing bonus (adult) kids, and she’s happily married to her soul mate.

Daniel Peterson, Owner/Founder, is a career IT and data analytics professional who recently set out on the adventure of a lifetime. Leaving the corporate world behind (a bizarre domain where a 25 year resident can still feel like a foreigner) Daniel set his sites on full-time travel writing and digital marketing. His plans include building an amazing business or three, maximizing time with his partner for life Lesli and four spectacular kiddos, and writing and delivering dad jokes.

Kate Gelsthorpe, Editor-at-Large, is a former TV news writer, and a born and raised Georgia girl who grew up camping with her family at state parks around central and south Georgia. After 18 years in Atlanta, her family recently moved to Athens, and in their spare time you can find them exploring their new hometown. She and her husband, Kevin, are the proud parents of an 8-year-old dinosaur expert, and a 6-year-old outdoor-loving fashionista.
